Sikka Broadband Pvt Ltd formerly Gomti Cable Network Pvt Ltd are leading Internet Service Provider (ISP) from Lucknow from the last 15 years. We are an ISO 27001 : 2005 & ISO 9001 : 2008 Certified Company. The Company Office is situated at SIKKA HOUSE, 6, La Place Bungalows, Hazratganj, Lucknow-1 since Incorporation. We are licensed by Department of Telecommunication, Govt. of India vide Licence No. 820-1155/11-LR dated 16.1.2012 with internet operations in U.P(East) & vide Licence No. 821-115/2014-Ds dated 18.11.2014 for Internet Operations in U.P.(West) in the name of Sikka Internet Pvt Ltd. We also have IP-1 Registration No.490/2014 dated 2.1.2015 from DOT Govt. of India in the name of Sikka Infratech Pvt Ltd. This company provides Cable TV Networks, EPABX Intercom, CCTV and Infrastructure Services.
Sikka Broadband Private Limited was incorporated on 5th June, 2002 by Mrs. Rekha Sikka & Dharmendra alias Tony Sikka who were successfully working as Cable TV Operators in parts of Lucknow for over a decade with a lot of technical expertise in the business of Cable TV, Internet & EPABX Intercom, CCTV Surveillance Systems & Infrastucture. Keeping in view the success of cable tv the promoters decided to provide internet through fiber cable and wireless technology. We were the pioneers to provide Internet Services in Uttar Pradesh. Majority of the business of providing Internet Services was in the hands of bigger and national level players like BSNL &, MTNL Vodafone, Airtel, Reliance, Aircel, Railtel etc.. We are also the Vendors for most of these ISP as we manage the last mile fiber connectivity of most of these ISP’s.
Our company had a tough task in competing these big companies but we were a success because of our customized and prompt service and aggressive rates and our 25 years of experience of providing satisfactory services of cable tv in the Lucknow City helped us in having the confidence of the local customers. We have laid our fiber optic cables in major parts of the Lucknow city and have wireless signals in the entire city of Lucknow and Uttar Pradesh through various POPs situated on all four corners of the city and State with a well designed ring formation network over fiber cable and wireless. Looking at the scope of the business and our satisfactory results in the last few years we have upgraded our ISP Licence and now we are providing services in the entire U.P.(East) & U.P(West) covering areas like, Kanpur, Varanasi, Gorakhpur, Allahabad, Banda, Jhansi, Jaunpur, Bareilly, Aligarh, Moradabad, Meerut, Roorkee, Agra etc. Majority of the Engineering Colleges of Lucknow are connected through us in spite of all the major players being present in Lucknow. Our success is primarily because we work on very thin margins and provide more than 99.5% uptime to our customers and we use the gateway of the national level ISP’s like Vodafone, Airtel, TATA, Reliance, PGCIL etc with whom we have strategic alliance and national level tie ups and Agreements to use their underground fiber for the MPLS and VPN Network of these NLD & ISP operators. We buy in bulk the internet bandwidth & NLD connectivity from these national level I.S.P’s & NLD operators to maintain resilience in network and sell smaller bandwidths to our customers at aggressive rates by maintaining our last mile fiber and wireless connectivity which the bigger ISP’s & NLD Operators cannot match.

Our Sister concern M/s Sikka Infratech Pvt Ltd has installed in the previous years around 50 CCTV Surveillance Cameras with complete System & Networking in the Hon’ble High Court, Quaiserbagh, Lucknow. Besides these the company has successfully initiated various other CCTV and infrastructure projects.
Sikka Broadband Pvt Ltd also installed over 400 CCTV cameras in Lucknow for Uttar Pradesh Police which is linked to the Police Master Control Room situated at Vipul Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow and its work was appreciated by Shri Akhilesh Yadav, Hon‘ble Chief Minister Uttar Pradesh on 14th January, 2016.
Our Promoters and Directors also have an NGO in the name of Sajag Prahari Foundation which has installed over 1000 CCTV cameras for the security of its members.
Sikka Broadband Pvt Ltd has made Hazratganj (a major shopping area situated in the heart of Lucknow in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh) a Free Wi-Fi zone who’s permission has been granted from the office of District Magistrate Lucknow and it has successfully connected 3,00,000 users. We have also found large groups of students flocking around free Wi-Fi zones to download movies, study material, large PDF formats and applications. The speed enabled by fibre optic is addictive. Hazratganj was made an half hour Free Wi-Fi Zone by our company on 16/8/15. Hazratganj main bazaar becomes country’s first market in a non-metro to experience unlimited access to fast Wi-Fi network which has been rolled out through fibre optics and high end Wi-Fi equipments and technology by our company. The free Wi-Fi area will cover a 100-metre radius on both sides of the MG Marg, from GPO crossing to Parivartan Chowk and from Hazratganj Mayfair Crossing to Sahara Ganj.
Recently we have been awarded with a work of around Rs.2 Crores from Lucknow Devlopment Authority for River View Apartments for installing 400 CCTV cameras and proving Cable T.V, Intercom and Internet services for residents of 2,000 flats.
Our growth in I.T sector didn’t stop there our work was appreciated so much by the Lucknow METRO RAIL CORPORATION that they asked us to make a Free Wi-fi Zone for Lucknow Metro Stations which was inaugurated by Hon’ble Home Minister of India Shri Raj Nath Singh ji & Hon’ble Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Shri Yogi Adityanath ji on 05.09.2017 . Our this step to setup Free Wi-Fi Lucknow Metro Stations is a step forward to promote the Digital India movement of our Hon’ble Prime Minister of India Shri Narendra Modi ji which has encouraged the youth to visit Lucknow Metro Stations and they get connected to a high speed Free Wi-fi which for us is our Corporate Social Responsibility.
